Maybe you Cloud do a very short every TCW Phase 1.5 Arc Trooper as kind of a review, as I believe you never really talked about them very much. They were more like in rare Troopers Videos, but never had a review together.
Well the figure is based off of concept art of Commander Colt, and is only labeled an Arc Trooper. I didn't feel it would be proper to have him here. Hammer is also not even the red Arc's official designation. He's currently nameless in canon.

Even if “Hammer” was considered a commander, that concept colt has some significant differences from “Hammer’s” well that random ARC troopers design.

Just compare the look of them. the green markings represent the cloak while the grey is his armour.
Hammer is a Commander but the action figure one from the Kamino pack with Havoc wasn’t Hammer it was just a random one
IMO the revenge of the sith bacara is superior because the strap is the right dark grey and not light grey

I think you're thinking of the clone officers. Yellow is Commander (shown here), Red is Captain, Blue is Lt., and Green is Sarge.
