Recently I developed a cold. And if your like me you would not like colds. WHICH I DONT. Today I tried everything I could to get over this SINUS INFECTION. Heres what happened.

Actually, Gatorade is really hydrating and my family buys it when they’re sick
I think it's more the electrolytes in gatorade that helps when you're sick, especially if you are vomiting,having diarrhea or having stomach issues. Another thing that might be a reason it helps would be drinking a lot of it of course will cause you to urinate more which helps flush out bacteria, so at least there's that. Focus more so on drinking water of course 😊

As far as I know from the medical knowledge I have from medical school, you're incorrect but, I didn't go to medical school to be a doctor or nutritionist so I could 100% be wrong.
Gatorade is better if you dilute it. I learned it from soccer. Plus it’ll last longer if you do that. Save money. ❤️

Mackenzie, I also just lived through the "best" weekend of my entire life! First my eyes where dry, then this part of my eye 👉👁👃👁 was red, THEN the next day... I had throat infection! (YAY😒).

I have a good recipe when I’m sick and my throat hurts I make chicken Roman noodles with honey and lemon pepper seasoning btw add lots of honey it helps soooooo much
