(I have never been to one nor had the pleasure of eating their treats: I was born and raised in Texas but this is for my late parents, Jim and Jan. I miss and love you both.) Fudgy the Whale.
I was gonna say something smart about Miss Bunny being German potato salad because the original Bambi tale was German, but actually the story was Austrian, so that would make no sense.
It would still make sense, as the origin of this kind of potato salad actually lies in southern Germany. As this part is quite close to Austria and Germany (as we know it now) was only founded in 1891... The salas might be called German potato salad in the states, but it is Bavarian potato salad or Austrian potato salad which is served with Schnitzer or Bratwurst. So, you actually were right, just the American naming was wrong ;)

Fudge the Whale
Also, Fudgy the Whale.
You opened Gus just as I took a bite out of the pork pie I'm eating. Also this is not related to Pot Pie at all and is eaten cold.
There are a few picnic items but most of these remind me of potluck items
My mom and I cheat and we get carryout and go to our city lake and have a picnic that way. One time we got a salad and pizza.
Fudgy the Whale
