Sunshine coast is probably my favourite east coast destination
It's very expensive to buy here now, 2br apartments go for over half a million on the beach!! Super chill spot with many retired Victorians. FNQ offers better value and climate.
I hear you on the price, not too keen on the super tropics. my favourite climate is the mediterranean. @@reallifefuntopia8273
