The player commendation mounts were both great surprises to receive when the achievement popped up! I remember I got the Gilded Magitek back in 2.x, being a healer really helped, but the Parade Chocobo was a sudden surprise all the way into Stormblood! Fantastic job on the videos! A great trip down memory lane!

You forgot the 1.0 Goobbue. It was available for everyone in 1.23b for a short time and was from Wandering Minstrel in Limsa or La Noscea cannot remember where exactly

I got nightmare by dumb luck doing the wondrous tales for the week ifret extreme was one of my goals and the 3 seconds it took to beat him i opened the box and got the mount, i had zero idea how super rare it was lol
Kirin is still my favourite cause it's a dragon horse.

I'm super confused about that mount as searched how and low for how it could be obtained post ARR launch, and could only find info on how you actually obtained it within 1.0. Do you know was it somehow automatically transferred to your character in 2.0 or something if you had it in 1.0?
Im of the few people who owns the 3 GC horse mounts and it sucks that u can only show 1 and other 2 are locked because of ur current GC.

For the extremes what do you have to do to get it I’ve done a couple it’s hard to get a party for them but I managed a couple of them and didn’t get anything
This for level 50 extremes? if your level 90 dont bother with a party just change the duty finder to 'unrestricted party' (settings in the cog icon in the top left of the duty finder) and run solo. They dont drop every time so just have to keep repeating them.

It'll drop from the chest. In a party you'd have to roll on it. Solo it would go straight into your inventory after opening the chest. :)

@@SamsonGrey26 I'm not sure if I can without the thing I had. It's been a few years so I don't remember the name of it, but they had released a thing that you could buy and hook onto a keychain. Pressing the button would generate a password to login to the website and game. It was supposed to protect people against hackers but I no longer have it. The game disappeared during a move, along with a bunch of my other ps3 stuff. 😅
