During elections Modi talked about some radical changes in first 100 days of his 3rd term but now there is no talk about it. I think he is going to compromise on few things to be able to run the government.

Yes, he has to think twice before he initiate changes if any. First he has to discuss with his own party and then he has to take concurrence from his coalition.

@@veeraswamyoorugonda8370 I think he was going to crack down on real estate, now nobody will agree as that’s the main source of income for parties.

@@Jarvis459 you are wrong, whatever they do now in 3rd term, there is no 4th term for BJP, so they will go all out and will make sure to bulldoze their policiea.
They have nothing to lose. so there will be very harsh and major decision and they will crackdown on protests this time(unlike before )

People have enough to live comfortably with the current level of economic growth and welfare programmes of Govts. But out of frustration for being without power for long spells principal national opposition party has been offering unsustainable welfare benefits at the cost of growth people are not able to go against them. Even educated and employed women are going for free bus rides is one example. It’s not welfarism at all but buying or luring voters to vote to a party promising such benefits. People with smartphones were seen standing for ₹5 or ₹10 per meal scheme introduced by KCR. When MANREGA was announced people stopped working in agriculture resulting in huge shortage of agricultural labour. With Rytubandhu schemes godha and gadhe tied to the same pole meaning rich were also getting money along with marginal and poor farmers. There is lot of greed in the society. When PM announced ‘give up subsidy’ on cooking gas by the rich and economically sound people how many came forward? Even Amitabachan announced very late as per some report. So saying that there is still some inequity in the society and needs to be addressed is not correct entirely.
