    About 8 oz ham
    1 cup Cheddar cheese, divided
    4 oz Cream cheese
    2 Broccoli Crowns (or more)
    Boil water and cook broccoli until nice and green and drain. Add in cream cheese and cheddar cheese while broccoli is still hot. Save some cheese for the top. Mix in Ham. Cut up ham bites and toss right into . Mix up proper and put in 8x8 pan sprayed with avocado oil. Season to taste with ya'll purpose seasoning or whatever your favorite seasoning is. Mix up and put in pan. Top it with about a quarter cup of cheese or however much you like. Put in oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy!

    2 lb ground beef
    Olive Oil
    Four stalks of celery, diced
    3/4 cup carrots, diced
    Small Vidalia onion, diced
    1 cup sweet peas (optional)
    1 T Worcestershire
    1 T garlic
    2 T tomato paste
    2 T dried parsley
    1/2 cup water
    2 t beef bone broth concentrate
    Preheat Oven to 375. Add olive oil to skillet over medium heat. Cook celery, onion, & carrot until just softened. Add beef and cook until almost done. Add in tomato paste, garlic, Worcestershire, parsley, water, and broth concentrate. Mix well and transfer to casserole dish. Top with keto potatoes and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until top is as brown as you want. Enjoy!
