This is a Soft re-opening of TOPS to the public that started on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2024, after over a year since it closed down for redevelopment. It's a huge redevelopment, though, it's still not finished yet, and there's still a little work to do.
The new Tops will be showcasing its 1st phase of the over P1-Billion redevelopment plan.
Towering over The Circle is a brand-new, award-winning 5-storey building that houses a wide array of restaurants and bars on the first two floors, all at very reasonable prices.
Guests may drive directly to TOPS with a very affordable P100 entrance fee, and a second option of P200 includes round trip shuttle bus service from I.T Park to TOPS. Look for the TOPS Bus at the Bus Terminal in I.T. Park. See you in Cebu. 👑💎♥️

100 pesos per head for the entrance fee..
Dont take this as an offense but when you are panning the camera slow down to get a smoother shot. It’s not pleasing to the eyes and may cause dizziness to some people.
