While the risk of artery dissection (and then stroke) is low, it still exists. Especially because connective tissue diseases are under-diagnosed and having one would increase the risk. Please avoid the carotid and vertebral artery zones.
I have TH-cam premium, however, Mad p, you should get rid of mid video advertisements. It ruins your whole page. It wakes people up shockingly, which sucks
