Parent's , Go directly to the school district and demand that teachers either go back to school or they will be fired. WE Pay their wages. The school district does not get the make this decision. It is the LAW that we send our children to school, and it is not fair that immigrant children are getting in person schooling. AMERICAN Parent's are being screwed. This is not new in California, my sister left the state because her son could not qualify for summer school , even though he was behind it was only for immigrants. I've been teaching since August 20th in Texas. Schools never shut down. The kids "wear" masks. Students, teachers, and families who had COVID have had flu like or allergy type symptoms. Thankfully no emergencies or deaths. You will not hear about my fellow teachers and I who actually enjoy teaching at school and dislike ZOOM. I still teach both because they gave the parents a choice. It's a great school district where the parents and teachers voted on decisions through surveys. No school unions.
This is ridiculous. All my kids are grown and graduated but I do have grandchildren. This is not good for our children's future. Why are they putting illegal immigrant children before American children. All this madness needs to stop. The government works for we the people and them seem to have forgotten that.
It's called home schooling and not zoom schooling.. think about it.. my grandchildren are actually grades ahead and you also get to teach them more especially when they have deeper interests (example would be animals, raising and taking care of them.. history and science and engineering, mathematics etc)..3 yr old can print, read and spell..we have 8 in homeschool.. highest age just graduated at 15 1/2 and has begun college courses.. homeschooled children are emotionally stable, know right from wrong, know the difference between male and female only.. have good morals and values.. every one of them (except the youngest) serves in their communities as part of homeschooling etc.. they also have not been left behind in learning.. they also learn how to grow food, prepare and cook meals, sew, clean etc (this is a male and female have to be learned part of schooling.. and they haven't been stuck in the house and they haven't worn any mask ever.. many more people in every State are making the choice to homeschool.. you don't get the brain washing that they've always done in public school and it's so much safer than public school is.. you just have to choose your children over what's convenient..

He barley even knows how to use a laptop and gets frustrated when they make him use stuff like PDF files or copy and paste. School back in my day sucked( 70s and 80s) I learned nothing. The Girls loved School , my friends and I would have loved not to have to go. I think Girls lost out more. Outrageous illegals get in person.
I am great full that our kids in Canada have been in school since the school year started from K- 6 they a few weeks later the grades from 7-12 Opened up And these kids are struggling to catch-up from the first lockdowns , my grandson went from high marks to just making it and I worry for grade 7 for him I feel so bad for the kids there that are not in school learning, their education they need their education, that is not only our future but there’s too , those teacher don’t care about your kids all they want is money and sit at home , till the migrant children needed them 🙏 for you all I remind my grandson everyday that the kids in the US are not back in school yet
