About HERO in the Fiendsmith META: Honestly, I think I like this format more than the Tenpai format, AHHAHAH. The reason is simple: while Fiendsmith is the strongest engine Konami has EVER created, when you go first against this deck, you'll have a good time setting up combos. This deck plays fewer handtraps unlike Tenpai, where you had to face at least three handtraps, which was really hard and frustrating. That's why I like this format better. My tips against Fiendsmith variants when going second: JUST GIVE UP TRYING TO STOP THEM WITH HANDTRAPS... Unless your Maxx "C", Mulcharmy, or Shifter is resolving, Fiendsmith won’t be stopped. They’re rarely stopped with just two handtraps, and our HERO deck doesn’t have room for non-engine cards. So, try a different approach,it’s better to break their boards with strong board breakers. Here’s what I think are the best cards to play against Fiendsmith: S Tier: Forbidden Droplet, HERO will always play this card at 3, duh! S Tier: Dark Ruler No More , The second-best board breaker. I tried this card on stream, and it practically guarantees a win whenever I draw it. Just break their board, summon Plasma, and you win. The downside of DRNM is that if your opponent resolves Maxx "C" or Droll and locks you out (for some reason, Droll is getting popular in the Fiendsmith META, even though Fiendsmith can play through Droll after resolving DRNM). A Tier: Book of Eclipse, While I don't play Book of Eclipse, it can be really good! If you chain it when your opponent activates Fiendsmith Desirae, it stops them from negating your card because the Equip card is destroyed, which cancels Desirae’s effect. Also, Book variants are good in Link-heavy metas because they can stop plays when drawn on your 1st turn. The downside is that we’re in an Apollousa meta again, where Book is useless against Apollousa. B Tier: Mulcharmy Fuwalos, Fuwalos is great and can guarantee a win vs. Fiendsmith, but I don’t like it. Whenever I use it, it rarely resolves making it very gamble to use it and because of that Dark Ruler No More is a better option for me. Final tip: Don’t play Dark Angel. The current meta plays Linkuriboh, meaning your Dark Angel will just get used as Link material. Also, Darklaw is an instant win against Fiendsmith Snake Eyes because, for some reason, they don’t play Subversion anymore. LMAO!
About the HERO Structure Deck is great,it makes the HERO deck much cheaper than before. Some people say that not including Stratos and AHL makes the structure deck feel incomplete, but I think it's fine. You just spend 1000 gems on the structure deck, craft Shadow Mist, then pull from The First HERO pack a few times until you get 2 Stratos, 3 AHL, and 1 Wake Up (if you're lucky). After that, you can craft Dark Law, DPE, and Plasma, and you're good to go.which in my opinion, is very cheap.
hero getting a structure deck can be deceptive since the deck is still expensive, excluding non engine, you still need a playset of stratos, a hero lives, and a plasma just for main deck. then the extra deck still needs copies of dark law, wake up, DPE, and verte
I’m still gonna get it mostly cause I’ve had crap luck on getting enough craft materials for alot of them so this deck will at least help on that front but yeah them shortchanging heroes is still painful to experience especially neos like come on bro

Hate watching other archetypes fuse with polymerization or spell cards while were dead in the water without a fusion spell. We need heroes that double as a polymerization
That would cool to have, it’s been a minute since I ran e-hero and to my only knowledge at the time the only monster that searched poly was either elemental hero woodsman or ocean
I’m forever admiring non yubel players summoning their monsters with low atk point (like albaz), monsters with equal atk and def (like guardian chimera) or closely equal (like bystials) in attack position when dueling against decks that are famously known for otk capabilities, high attack power like hero😊!
