My dentist told me I can drink anything with them in besides anything hot like coffee. Said as long as I rinse it out with water I should be ok. I'll be getting a tray Evey week so I don't know if that's why he said it was ok or if he's just trying to get more money

One on my upper pre molar left side and one molar bottom jaw.rigjt side. I am scared for my caps. What can I do? Can I eat soft food and like.romove my retainers once in two days to clean it? Can I rinse with mouthwash? With retainer in or rinse with water?

Ayesha, you need to brush you teeth and your aligners at least twice a day! It takes bacteria 24 hours to start forming a cavity, so please, please don’t go two days without brushing! ❤️🦷
Water yes- pre= no (I know this because my son takes Pre and there is some sugar/nutrients- that can cause cavities)- but can drink it and then brush. You don't need sink to brush. Just a dry tooth brush and rinse and swish with water.
that should be fine but do keep in mind that some of these non sugar ones are acidic and drinking it with aligners on can still cause decay because you are basically bathing your teeth in acid drink
Water with electrolyte? As an athlete I will ride for 2-3 hours so need to drink. Or should I just ride without aligners in?
Usually the electrolytes have sugar so maybe not a good idea but you should talk to your general dentist about this to assess your risk of decay.

I eat everything and drink everything what i can with my traces in but not hot drinks gum and candy. only foods like rice watermelon not hard stuf

My doctor is very quite. He didn’t even tell me to keep it clean and stuff and he is the best orthodontist in Delhi, speaks less.
