    Ingredients for 4 servings:
    1 cup of rice
    2 cups of water
    1 can of corn (approx. 300g 10.5 oz)
    200 grams of tomatoes
    2 spring onions
    100g feta cheese
    3 tablespoons oil
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 tablespoon of water
    1-2 teaspoons of honey
    1 teaspoon mustard
    Salt and (cayenne) pepper
    garlic powder
    What else would fit in: avocado, rocket, ham, carrots, peppers etc.😋...
    You can eat this salad warm, lukewarm or cold, depending on what suits you better. It's also great to take to work the next day or keep in the fridge for a few days. I still had an appetite for meat that day and fried a few sausages 😋. You can also be creative here, meat, fish, tofu, scrambled eggs ... a lot goes with it!
    A portion has about 300 calories and 10g of protein.

    ich liebe diesen Kanal. Schnelle Rezepte und gesund sind sie dazu auch noch. Kannst du auch ein paar Rezepte mit Couscous oder Haferflocken machen? danke

      Vielen lieben Dank 🤗 freut mich sehr, dass dir mein Kanal gefällt🧡. Prinzipiell kannst du z.B. bei allen Rezept hier mit Reis, auch Couscous dafür verwenden 😃. Und Haferflocken-rezepte habe ich auch schon ein paar, hauptsächlich für Süßspeisen. Sind ein paar ältere Videos 😋

    Den Salat habe ich am Samstag zu einem Grillfest mitgenommen, kam sehr gut an, hat sehr lecker 😋 geschmeckt.

      You don't get fat from that. You get fat from sugar. I am vegetarian, I eat like that. I don't believe to get slim by eating dead animals. Fresh fruits, vegatables. Noodles, potatoes or rice. No sugar. Eat 2-3 times a day, no snacks. Drink water. You don't get fat. Eat in a time of 8 hours, 16 hours nothing but water. You will never have problems.

    tolle Idee aber da sind einfach zu viele Kohlenhydrate und Zucker drin um es zu einer Diät zu nehmen. Und die Würstchen gehen gar nicht !!!
