- Guess the Video Game MEME music
Hi folks!
Challenge yourself and your friends in this music quiz. 50 video game songs used for notorious memes. Various platforms and genres. 15 seconds to guess.
Can you guess all of them?
You only need to guess the name of the game. Once you know a meme, you can use it as a reply, but only for half a point.
GLHF!
All the videos, songs, images, and graphics used in the video belong to their respective owners.

20:57 my guy that is every single valve game
They used a half life 2 song for the valve intro
I didn't count as I didn't think I'd get that many right, but I think I only didn't know 4 or 5 of them, loved this quiz! Wish it had been longer :D
uh oh. tetris get silenced for copyright or something?
so... that just happened.
sound issues during uploading to youtube :(
Giving myself free point then, at 6.5 rn
I don't think they can copyright that since it's traditional Russian music.
2:40 - The image must be the original super mario bros 2 for NES, not new super mario bros 2.
For the super mario bros 2, you put the cover of "new super mario bros 2" instead of "super mario bros 2."
First i put an ugly raster image of "super mario bros. 2" and then I thought I'd put "new super mario bros. 2", because it is basically a remake of the old super mario bros. 2.
But I recognize that it can be confusing.
How is it at all a remake of smb2, the only similarity they even have are stars and doors, one was about navigating through a dream world hucking vegetables at enemies, and the other was Jeff bezos simulator
@@DarkLxrd what are you talking about? SMB2 and new SMB2 are in NO way the same game!
@@DarkLxrd I guess that makes sense, I've never seen a official "super Mario bros. 2" cover.
4:04 What a banger 😤
lmao you got me. Very fitting that the time index is "404", too.
7:49 🗣🗣🗣🗣TRAUMA CENTER MENTIONED‼️‼️‼️🔥🔥🔥💥💥💥💯💯💯😎😎😎
I love Link looking at Elrond’s castle. Is Geralt looking at the castle from Blood & Wine, or is that another crossover?
Good observation with that Link 👍I think Geralt is from Blood & Wine.
Trauma center under the knife 2 gentle breeze!?! Why is such a niche title so popular because I sure as hell haven’t heard of it
I thought 7:53 was Street Fighter or something. Shame on me, I only recently played Trials and Tribulations too...
15:05 is one of my favorite themes in the game (alongside "Take Over", "Rivers in the Desert" and "Keeper of Lust").
What's funny about 17:40 is that it sounds like a remix of Ashram's theme from Record of Lodoss War. While they both just sound like remixes of the Psycho theme. 😂
HOW DO YOU PLAY TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS BEFORE THE FIRST ONE???
Why are yakuza 5 and 0 so easy to mix up?
19:33 lyrics saved me HARD
11:36 one of the best retro game songs to exist
7:40 Wonder how many ppl knew the source of this song?! it always made me smile when it came up. Because I played the shit out of trauma center 2 lol, so I was surprised the song came up in random memes
10:39 least I knew it was an indie game
25/36, two primes!
You know the first isn't a game, right?

(28:26)
does someone know the name of the theme in the background?
19:16 auuuu heeeyaaah
33 is final score
14:40 OH NO
20:35 what?
"Notorious memes." Some of these, absolutely. Others seem more like overplayed or commonly used tunes in general, while some I just have no idea. Kinda sad it didn't include any SiIvaGunner community memes like Raft Ride or 100 Sunny though.
nerd
@@hdcodeddsg3603 Of course. Who the hell else watches this kind of video?
Yes, I chose only notoriously well known memes. Love Silvagunner community memes, but they are very niche oriented and only hardcore fans know them.
@@DarkLxrd Well, that brings me back to the first question: what are some of these so-called notorious memes? A lot of the entries in this video made no sense to me as memes. Although to be fair, I don't understand your concept of difficulty tiers either. You put random stuff I've never heard of in "easy" and iconic songs in "hard" sometimes. I guess our baseline backgrounds are VERY different somehow.
@@Stuffgamer1 I make difficulty tiers according to the OST, not according to the games. For example I always put Koji Kondo's OST for almost any Super Mario on easy, with a few exceptions on medium. Because I assume that Super Mario is also known by hipsters from 4-Chan who listen to albums recommended in the Mu board.
In hard it is very subjective. I try to put the obscure stuff there first, but I'll also put the familiar stuff and bangers that only the memes community knows. At first I thought that everyone knows memes, but I was told that it's a narrow group of people, so that's why I put it on hard (so I did with Devil May Cry 5 - Bury the Light).
I also found that difficulty tiers are very subjective within the generation gap (millennials and genZ) and also within the location (America vs. Asia vs. Europe).
It is difficult for a content creator to please everyone. That's not even my goal.
