Hey Genius,
just for future reference at 2:54 you wrote ‘mommy’ in the onscreen lyrics but Dave said “mummy”. People from the UK don’t say mom or mommy unless they are repeating American English or they are trying to sound American on purpose.
People from the UK say mum, mummy or mother in regards to speaking English. You used the American English version which is incorrect in this case.
You may hear artists or people use slang for mother like mumzy amongst other words but it will never be mom or mommy. It’s funny because this is not the only time American English either adds an ‘O’ or removes the ‘U’...
Take the word ‘colour’ for example American English removes the U to make it ‘color’ lol.
