Humans have been spiritual people since the start of time , Well before jesus was in the picture , Once we take control of our addictions its only then we find a real balance in what works in our lives and what doesn't , Alot of the wrong decisions we make is because addiction is running our lives , The Flesh is weak its our spirit we need to strenghen its our spirit we need to get into contact with , You dont need to go to church to find this either , Your body is a temple and your spirit lets off warning signs all the time to let you know something is right or wrong , Listen to your body more get in tune with yourself and take control of your Flesh..
