If the prophet is assuming in the old covenant, yes. We are not living in that covenant. The Bible says we have a better covenant with better and exceeding great promises. We are under grace and grace demands faith. Prophecies in the new covenant must be carried and maintained by faith to be fulfilled. In any case, rhema word was given and is being released through the prophet. Most prophets and Apostles operate by the rhema word.
