Thank you for that, as you know we have had exactly the same pain twice over. I am sure he will be very popular here we love hard working honest players, mistakes get forgiven when players are like that. I know we have been written off already, but Hecky is a shrewd Manager and maybe ….just maybe with a bit of luck….who knows. The big problem for us is that new players take a while to gel but Hamer should be a big help for us. Thank you Coventry and I hope you find a good replacement or good prospects. As a Sky Blue he was our best player since Dion. Good Luck Gus, always gave us 200%. If teams did a number on Vik and Gus last season we were in trouble because he was so wonderful at assists. City need the money to upgrade different positions. The goal at Middlesbrough was a highlight for me. Good luck to Blades, hope he can help you show one or two of the big guns up!

Absolutely devastated to lose such an influential players as Gus Hamer. Met him last Christmas when I was recovering from the worst lergie ever! He was in a bar in Kenilworth and I offered to buy him a drink,took me about 5 times before he accepted!! At that time we were 10th in the championship. I asked him what he thought for the rest of the season,his reply to me was play offs. So matter of fact the way he insisted it. Good luck gus,the blades have got the most complete all round player iv ever seen. By the way blades fans,his tipple is Dissarono and coke. Don't forget now! ❤

I was looking at Transfermarkt looking for players that could be good for us and one that stood out to me was Alexis Sánchez. He is a free agent and I think that a class forward which got 18 goals and 3 assists last season for Marseille would be great for us and plus he has some good PL experience. Let me know you guys thoughts.
He can earn 10x as much as Blades budget would allow. As a Billy Sharp replacement it’s a fair call, but expect Sanchez will go to either MLS or Saudi league.

I remember thinking about 5 years ago that Sheffield United are full of former cov players. Not directly and some were only former loanees John fleck directly. But you had David mcgoldrick, Martin cranie, Leon Clarke, Gary madine and Ollie Norwood. All former sky blue in one shape or form

Berge did nothing a couple of 5yd passes and weak as piss marking which led to the 3rd goal. Get used to 1 good game every 5 .. Decent player but very overrated.
