- Finally I was able to get out and have a great day fishing ! I started slow chasing Kingfish with no luck then put smaller lures on lighter gear and had a really good session on the snapper and trevally

Cheers mate been way to long ... as I mentioned I did have 2 decent trips the camera didn't record properly and a few trips for bugger all so it was great to have a solid session and get it on film

They are fantastic.. you do not have to concentrate on balance or tipping you can just fish..along with the H bar they make standing a breeze
@@reltonsfishing81 I have the H bar already and one of the reasons I went with Hobie is all the Accessories - Do they interfere with paddling at all?
@@ormonddude yes they get in the way of paddling a bit but I just paddle 8 meters and drop pedals in and on way in do opposite and paddle last 8 or so meters but the current or wind usually push me in anyway .

Nice fishing session dude. Can I ask how deep are U in and how deep does the lure have to be at?
G'day... I use lures to match the depth when chasing snapper the key is to get the lure down about 1 to 1.5 meters off bottom . So those lures in the vid dive 1.5 to 2 meters and I was fishing 3 to 3.5 meters deep. Wen fishing 5 to 6 meters ill use 3 to 4 meter divers and when in 10 meters I use 8 meter divers ... you need to allow for the change of the bottom with reef and kelp ..if your to close to bottom you will just reef up and get snagged .. also it's important to use floating lures so they don't sink when you catching a fish on other rod or get busy/distracted ..

Keep your pace between 3 and 4 kph in fresh and over 4 in salt
