I think Belle was an idol trainee and she is very talented in song-writing (just like Soyeon in Cube). However, SM has no plan to debut her as a singer or an idol in anytime soon so that’s probably why she moved to another company so she can get credits and fame for herself (not just for her works). I think that’s very smart move considering she is still young. There’s also an interaction between Belle and NingNing where Belle called her unnie; which means they might be trained around the same time.
nope, she was never an idol trainee (she already said this a lot). she was focused on being a composer. the reason why ning-ning and her are close is that belle worked extensively in SM’s songwriting camp and have crossed paths with some of the trainees there. but nope, belle never considered being a trainee until lee hae-in approached her for the KIOF project. she never learned how to dance until she started training a year and a half before their debut and she’s admitted as much that she isn’t that good at dancing yet.
the curated pieces held distinguished meanings and i’m enamoured with the thought process behind the concept !! the host himself is very comedic, glad to see this lovely group interact with him ! the prospects of KIOF only growing is bright ⭐️
