if this is your introduction to El Estepario you are in for a real treat, for me he is without doubt the greatest drummer we have ever seen, quite extraordinary.
He spices up his covers and he plays on a simple set up . His fills are ridiculous ! Everything looks so easy to him . I will say he's in the top 3 drummers worldwide , maybe number 1 ! Fun to watch !!
Crazy to think that he's not even in his 30's yet, he is far from his peak.

imo as of today this is his best cover, so I would say react to this song 3 or 4th, not right away, you need to build up to this one

I honestly believe he is the best drummer in the world. He has a video where each hand and each foot is playing in a different time signature.
He adds alot of his own stuff to the songs i always thank he makes them better
He's a technical, creative wizard on drums and is the hardest working musician I've seen. Check out his new band, "The Cost." Fabulous trio that all have incredible chops and music.

If you watch again I believe he did it all with his eyes closed. I've been watching him for a while now and there's one where he is literally proving to doubters that he's really drumming. Absolutely best drummer I've ever seen. The way his feet pound the pedals is like he is sprinting 3 miles. It's not only his speed but the ability to play every beat so clearly.

His take is not to audition to be the drummer for the band. So he isn’t going to play it as it’s written. He’s putting his spin on the song as he sees it and not giving any f**ks. That’s why we love this guy. If you want. And you aren’t liking to critique him so much to not watch him. Check out blinding lights. He’s a beast.
Wow, he's stunning
This is one of my favourite of his covers. I used to play drums (I am *not* a drummer...), and some of the small subtle things he does are even more impressive that his stick tricks and speed. Adding the rim hit and double on the floor tom to the beat is so hard to do perfectly, and he makes it look soooo easy. When other well known drummers are talking about you, with respect? He's that good.

El estepario siberiano se llama Jorge Garrido. Es español y fue el batería de la banda Saratoga. Para mí es el mejor batería del mundo en estos momentos. Deberías ver si versión de Outkast o la de los bongos. Él es todo trabajo duro y práctica hasta cabrearse. Sin duda el mejor.😊

He has a flamenco cover on the cajón - that is well worth a watch and reaction to. A truly beautiful piece of music, and a very creditable performance on the cajón.
