Whenever I haven't played in a while and I think about playing pb the memories appear in my mind the same way that childhood memories appear, where they're all bright and happy and carefree. I feel like time moves fast normally, and when I spend my day playing paintball it moves the way it should and truly I'm present for every moment. It's just fun as hell lol
I'm a daydreamer. My mind is always wondering off this way or that. When I'm paintballing the world becomes smaller. All that exists for a moment is what's between the nets. Love that feeling.
In 2019 I was growing MJ and wanted something less lethal than a firearm to protect my property. I got a Tippmann TMC and some riot rounds but rarely used it other than for target practice. I went to SC Village for the first time with the intention of using the firing range. For about a year I stayed to myself and trained for engagement. Over time I developed as a player and was approached to join D-Day. That was my turning point, I play paintball because the paintball community accepted me. I went from being out of shape and having no social life or friends, to too many to count. I learned about responsibility to one's self and others and grew as a person.
That's so awesome. I can relate alot to going from few friends and no social life to the opposite. Before paintball I worked out and played video games in college, no partying, and my only friends were my roommates. It all changed when I started playing paintball.
The adrenaline of the paint flying by you as a match starts. Another one is when you get into a fight with a specific player in the field and you the. Win the fight. Nothing like it
I would really like to see more behind the scenes stuff as well, even if it's just how you guys organize your paint to fill your pods faster and how you store your pods when not in use just stuff like that.
You should do a gear set up if you haven't already. It's interesting knowing what other players shoot and use such as mask, hopper, tank, and pod pack and whatnot
I just got back from a two-day trip driving to Calgary to pick up some GI 3-star and some other gear I needed. Nine hours of driving each day. I'll be driving another five hours to Winnipeg to play this weekend. Like holy shit, I am ADDICTED. But all of my best days happen with a paintball gun in my hands, so I can't stop :D
I play paintball because i forget about everything and i get to meet new people and make new friends i just got a bunch of family into it so it's been fun

I play paintball because it's a combat sport where your skill comes into play and you experience pain without major injury. Men seek competition and pain. Paintball is the perfect balance of competition and pain without suffering life long consequences.

You guys show up in every single paintball comment section. . . It’s really not a good look for airsoft. A fair number of airsofters make the jump to playing paintball instead, and the main reason we usually hear is, "because the airsoft community is toxic as fuck."
