the fundamental problem with AI music is it's never going to go beyond what you've heard before. It has no imagination, zero soul. So if this was playing in the background, I'd just accept as some band from the era I hadn't heard yet. But as soon as you give it any kind of focus -- there's nothing there.
sounds like an Eloy album for me, a progressive space rock from late 70s - early 80s. if you enjoyed this album and haven't listened to Eloy yet, you certainly should give them a try

Eloy was my first association, too. What a great band it was. The used to call them the German Pink Floyd. My second association was Tangerine Dream, another great German band.
More like, the alan parson project, king Crimson, Emerson lake and palmer. Some Tangerine Dream. The others are very heavy Guitar driven, which this isn't even close.
