    반값경매라고는 하지만 지금같이 경매물건이 많이 나오는 시기에는 이 가격도 좀 부담스러울 수 있겠네요

    설령 경매로 저 주택의 다수 지분을 매입하더라도 나머지 127평의 소수 지분을 가진 분에게 소유권 다툼으로 휘둘리는 거 아닌가요

      이번 사건을 자세히 살펴보면
      매각물건은 236평의 전, 148평의 대지, 58평의 단독주택과 몇몇의 제시외건물은 단독소유입니다.
      도로에 대해서만 1/4의 지분매각으로
      추후 도로를 이용해야하는 허가사항이 발생될경우 타지분권자들의 동의가 필요하기에 골치아파질수있습니다.
      단, 해당도로가 비록 "사도"라고해도
      "도로공시" 되었다면 동의가 필요치않아질수도 있으니
      정확히는 해당지자체에
      도로공시여부를 확인하시면
      안전하게 투자가치판단을
      하실수있으실겁니다
