Another hint is having Google translate at the ready when you want to ask something. It's so easy to forget words when you are under pressure. I've had sellers love it, then they pull out their phones and do the same, but translating their Italian to English. It can be a fun bonding activity and your effort is appreciated!
Thank you Tammy, for showing the beautiful vintage handbags! They are in such good condition. The Italians have great taste! Thank you for taking us with you and you have a great smile!
Great tips thankyou. Cant wait to see what you have done with your bistro set and have you ever thought of running antique/vintage tours for tourists?Maybe you and Aurora could run something? Have an amazing week
I have been waiting so impatiently for the rain to stop so I can paint the bistro set. 🤷♀️ I have not considered vintage/antiquing tours yet, but you never know what the future holds! Hey Aurora @vintageweekendsitaly 👋 we are getting tour requests!
Such a good market this month! The handbags, the coats, and lots of fun objects! My favorite is probably the little bird toothpick grabber - what’s your favorite?
@@amyweaver7413 That is quite a long distance! 😁 I didn’t notice where this one was made. It was so unusual that as soon as I left the market I was thinking I should have bought it. Have a good week Amy, thank you for watching!
Lots of beautiful porcelain plates and cups. I saw a gorgeous embroidery tablecloth. I’d have bought the game, very decorative. Is it a real antique or a vintage?
So many beautiful plates and cups! There are so many tablecloths I would buy them all if I had the space. I only found out what the game is after I came home- it is very cute. I suspect it’s vintage but not sure. Have a great week!
Thanks for the video. I don’t know… I’m European and I been many time to Italy and France into those markets. 500 euros you normally will get a living room tables from a castle. This market looks to expensive or they made up this for you. Americana 😉 Anyway they know the dollar has less value but don’t know why this high prices never saw a market like this in south Europe this expensive for such small lill stuffs. Of course it depends on the year and craftsmanship. Just a tip this market it’s in Milan a very tourist spot anyway they will high up their prices. If you go to small villages around you will find those markets for locals only and the prices will drop unbelievable. Thank you. Ciao Bella
Ciao Tammy! Oggi due ragazze mi hanno chiesto dove fosse il mercatino vintage dei Navigli. Ho pesato che fossero invogliate da te e dai tuoi video… peccato che avevano sbagliato giorno! Ciao

My brother in law has that exact toothpick holder. He lives in Saskatchewan Canada. Interesting to see one in Italy as well. 😊

Ciao! Grazie! Spero che riescano a trovare il mercato! Ho iniziato a pubblicare le date dei mercati sul mio Instagram ogni settimana per il weekend.
