I understand.. Take it slow as Dev are working on fixes, maybe that's why.
If it's game server side issue, hopefully it'll be fine soon.

If you haven't progressed far.. Go to Sea server.

There is no option to switch server. Ping won't be that much of an issue. If you want you can create a new account in SEA since we are getting so much pulls and 5 star selector and all.

Then keep playing on Aisa server.. Don't worry too much about ping. It doesn't affect gameplay that much..
