Normally, specially during their first year, the bus is roaming around while an artist is performing but sometimes with artist with huge active fanbase such as SB19, they'll just find a safe spot where fans can watch them.

Pablo said in an interview that he preferred that their listener interpret their songs in the way that it touches/relates to them. He did intend this as a letter of deep appreciation to A'Tin (fandom name, pronounced as 18, because 18 comes before 19 and there's no SB19 without A'Tin. In tagalog, Atin translates to "ours" so every experiences, challenges and achievement of the group is also that of the fandom, collectively). See the look in their eyes while they waive at their fans outside the bus during the instrumental.
Personally, this is a gospel song, a conversation between me and God. For Him being always accepting me; the good, the bad, despite the stains of sins, He still treasures me. If I haven't met/encountered Him, I would have been lost and life wouldn't have any meaning.

They're on the Wish Bus USA, located in the Wish compound in Los Angeles. They were there for their US and Canada tour. We also have Wish Bus in the Philippines and usually, they will just park in a safe open space and people will come for the performance.

You might be surprised to know that LIHAM is a song written for SB19's fans, the A'Tin. But it could also be dedicated to any listener's loved one.
WishBus is a mobile studio. So they could go to different locations and have the artist perform there.
This is not just an ordinary love song... this is a song they have written for their fandom (A'tin) that is why some of the lyrics might not apply to the typical love for a couple... this is basically them saying thank you for their fans who are there for them through ups and downs and helped them to reach the stars that they are now...
You should watch their interviews (Toni Talks) and you will understand better where they are coming from... and why they super love their fans...😊

The bus is a radio station. They are airing it live as they are performing. It just happened that supporters are there to witness it live. There are speakers set up outside the bus so people outside can enjoy it live. Yes it is a concert and in a radio station setting. It’s cool actually. People outside didn’t pay a thing to witness it live.
Originally, the bus moved around the city while the artists are performing inside. But since the artists that they guest there are huge, the bus is stationary during performance. You are also right in thinking that the bus stations in different parts of the city, they very seldom take the bus in the same area for various performances.

LIHAM (letter) this song is dedicated to Sb19 fans “A’tin” pronounced as (18). This fandom name was created due to their recognition to their fans “there is no 19 without 18”. Furthermore, A’tin in tagalog language “atin” means OURS. SB19 recognizes the support and the love that they get from their fans, their achievements comes both ways.

This is a love lettet to their fans, the A'tin. They are very vocal about their gratitude to A'tin, who they say give them unconditional support, and make possible their success and their dream of sharing OPM to the world. It was early fans who shared their Go Up dance video leading to them finally getting recognition. A'tin fought that they be credited in all their songs which Pablo wrote (this was when they were starting and the management put someone else in all the song credits). A'tin occasionally reach out to media outlets to request their guestings...and many others.
The Wishbus is an actual radio station on a bus. It started in the Philippines, the bus is actually bigger there. It may go and park in different cities, and the songs are performed live, no autotunes, no lip sync. It allows fans to be closer to their favorite artists, like a free concert. Sometimes it is moving, sometimes not..naturally safety first especially if the fanbase is as huge as SB19's.
The one used in this performance is in the US, a much smaller bus and stays in the Los Angeles area.
In the literal sense, Liham means letter..but you can also use the term 'ode' to make more sense what the word contextually means here. It is a deep open letter of love..an ode of love.
For foreign reactors, I also recommend viewing the MV or Lyric video first for most of SB19 songs, so you can get the english cc, sometimes the performances in Wishbus may not have the translations yet.
But not all their songs have an MV,..so lyric video or visualizers may have been used instead.
Then go to their actual live performances on stage, concerts, tv guestings..they are always so much better on their live performances, truly well rounded artists.
Most of their songs are composed by Pablo, and as always Pablo provides rich lyricism to his songs. I actually love it, allowing listeners to dig deeper to the message he wants to convey. More than just an easy listening type of music, he ably relates topics often hard to talk about in real time. Or his songs shows what experiences they have undergone in their personal and career life.
Btw, the yellow tape you see in their recent MV and in recent performances, the word written there is 'PAGTATAG' it is the name of their EP, so it is a good touch to remind viewers the song track is part of that EP, and for them to explore the rest of their songs in the said EP.
Sb19's foremost goal as well is to share Philippine music to the world. And here Wishbus is a good platform to showcase not only SB19 songs but other talented Filipino artists. To be honest, last year I was watching Wishbus performances of Morissette and Marcelito Pomoy, before I came across the lyric video of MAPA that led me to SB19 then luckily got the chance to attend their WYAT concert tour in San Francisco, such a lovely timing for me to see them firsthand! And then attending their 2nd tour as well❤.
So when you are ready, there are so many more Filipino artists you would enjoy to listen to. But do try to finish up reacting to the rest of the Pagtatag EP. All of them are good ❤.

This song is part of their PAGTATAG (strenghtening) EP and they were on their North America tour at that moment. This bus was in LA that time. The tapes on the bus are like their theme for the EP and tour. Unfortunately there is no MV yet for this song.

The concept of the Wish Bus started in the Philippines. Wish 107.5 is actually a radio station and they would have artists on the bus to sing their songs while driving around in the city. But there are times when the bus would just be parked in a specific area due to the artists whom they guest especially if the said artists have big followings in which case they just stay in a particular area to give a chance for the fans to watch the performance at the same time that it is being broadcast over the airwaves. Wishbus USA is immobile unlike the one in Ph where the bus roams. Not easy to move in USA because there could be ramification if movement causes accidents. They have to be inside the bus as opposed to being outside just because all the props for the performance (e.g. mikes, cameras, etc.) are built-in. My 2-cents. ❤❤❤

you're actually getting the gist of the whole song since this is a love letter to their fans, A'tin (fandom name). and you're definitely right, when you mentioned "divine intervention" since their stardom actually started only because some random person (Aurum) re-twitted an uploaded dance practice of their 2nd single which was their make or break song.
P.S. i'm not sure how it is with Wish Bus USA but the one here in the Philippines travels around but sometimes parked at a designated area if the artist invited would potentially garner a lot of fans and/or onlookers.

The Wish bus, also know as the FM-on-wheels, is part of a radio program called The Roadshow. It goes to a different location per show, in which they showcase one or more artists performing live. It has speakers outside, so that fans can hear the raw, live performance. The performance is also broadcast in real time.
The caution tape has the title of their EP on it -- PAGTATAG! So, yes, it was no coincident that it was on the GENTO MV and now on the bus while they are performing. The Wish USA Bus is also one of the major sponsors of their North American tour so I suppose they allowed them to customise the bus with the caution tape to promote their PAGTATAG! World Tour.

The original Wish Bus in Manila is a radio station. It goes to different locations and have mini concerts for the publicb to enjoy freely! The bus sometimes run while the artist is performing.
The Wish USA is not a radio station and usually situated in Hollywood area. They schedule different artists tonperform aboard while the fans watch.
