I like that the 日本語 and English are different colour and with space between, so I can ignore the English while reading the 日本語. 日本語と英語の字幕が分かれているのが大好き！会話を聞きながら英語の字幕を参考にせずに日本語の字幕を読むことに集中できる I also appreciate the natural and casual conversation, 自然な会話なので勉強になった、ありがとう！
I often get told "Jouzuuu" for saying 1 or 2 worded sentences. I know they're just trying to be friendly but surely they can't all honestly think that. I just revert to my default answer "mada mada". Haha
I guess Japanese people just don't expect it. That's why they always speak to us in English. As English speaker, we rarely stop to appreciate a foreigners efforts as the speak English...Almost polar opposites.
