Canary Islands Cruise: TENERIFE port day! PUERTO DE LA CRUZ & Indian Restaurant! P&O Azura ship 🛳️

- Join us for Day 1 of our Canary Islands cruise on P&O Azura as we enjoy a day in Puerto De La Cruz Tenerife. We start with a Costa coffee on board the ship with some buffet breakfast before heading to Puerto De La Cruz for a little excursion to the main beachfront promenade for a walk and a little explore of the historic town. Puerto De La Cruz has a unique and original Canarian feel to it, with many Spanish and Canarians choosing to holiday and stay here in its various hotels and apartments!
We then head back to the P&O Azura cruise ship to freshen up and shower before heading for dinner in Indu Delhi Darbar restaurant in Santa Cruz for a curry meal just outside the cruise port terminal.

An interesting vlog Andrew. Good to see you visited Puero DLC. I used to buy a sandwich in that cake shop most days and had an evening meal too.👍They certainly ‘swing the biz’. PDLC is a bit like El Medano but without the wind. The town is heavily affected by Teide and so the weather is ‘hit and miss’. A nice place to go walking from and the local buses will take you into the mountains.

Very enjoyable vlog. Definitely going to go to Puerto de la Cruz for the day when we come in September. Loved to look of your face with your coffee. Have to agree can’t taste any coffee in their latte or cappuccinos. 🤣😂

Hi Andrew, love watching the vlogs, just subscribed. Travelling to the cruise terminal from Costa Adeje shortly. Any ideas on how to get there to pick up our cruise from Costa Adeje? 4 elderly people with 4 suitcases and prefer direct transfer or taxi. Best prices etc. Any advice appreciated. thank you.
Costa Coffee what a nightmare , like drinking paper . I cannot understand why this company is still in business bland is an understatement !

Little confused, think you said cost of cruise included all meals, but when you showed Indian menu there were prices next to each dish?
We went out to an Indian restaurant, I explained this in the vlog!
Also the Sindhu is a specialty restaurant on the ships and you have to pay, it’s not expensive though, worth every penny 😊

There are up charge restaurants on the ship too that are optional
On cruise ships you have always the price you pay for all inclusive (you can really eat and drink as much as you want) but there are always up charge restaurants wich are optional.
Do they have Starbucks???
Unfortunately not
We had a meal in Sindhu on the Arcadia in December it was absolutely amazing 😊our cruise was quite eventful, and we won’t do another one 😢 have fun guys x
