I use Jamila or Raj henna powder. I don't like using lemon because it takes longer to dye release and some people have allergies to citrus, so I like to use just regular water and essential oils and sugar.

Natural henna cones, you can buy them at MehndikaJoeyHenna or AtlantaHennaStudio. Or you can make your own at home and cone it so the tip is small. There's already a coning video up on my channel if you want to see :)
