Awesome! I just dehydrated kale for the very first time a couple of weeks ago, from the bag, because it was easy. 😄 And I was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. I'm not that excited about kale chips, haha, but I want to sneak more greens into my meals. I hate when things spoil in the fridge because I can't get through it fast enough. Thanks for sharing this. 😊👍

Just found your videos. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on canning. Starting to can for the first time at the good old age of 59 lol.

Would love to see what or how you vacuum sealed the kale. Interested in learning as much as I can to put spices and herbs, teas in pantry. Thanks for sharing

I have a Seal-a-Meal with a jar lid attachment. You seal them with the same lids you use for canning; separate attachments for regular mouth and wide mouth. You can use any size jar; pint, quart, half gallon, there may even be a gallon size canning jar? If you are looking for long term storage, then just pop in an oxygen absorber in the jar. Hope that helps.

Have you looked into a freeze dryer? That’s on my wish list!

I have thought about it, but I really don't do enough to justify the cost. If I did, I would certainly look into it.
