Another tip to add on black zones is there’s a higher % chance of .1,.2,.3 resources there so if you’re looking to just make money on these this is where you want to go also you get way more fame as a skinner or someone who likes killing the mobs that you can farm the mats off their corpses but again you can expect to die quite easily here so you gotta stay on your toes.

As long as you don't go to black zones solo you'll be fine. On tier 5-6 red zones if you avoid roads you shouldn't be that much in trouble ^^ I spent like 3 hours tonight gathering stones / wood / ore and hide, didn't get attacked once :) try to avoid high density maps (in terms of people) if you're gathering in red zones. In case there's a Zerg group going on and ganking everyone ^^
I probably wouldn't use gathering armor set at all just backpack. When you are killing you need the fame for your base armor set just to progress in the game.

Cenker Canbulut Hey Cenker. When youre doing anything in Albion it is almost always best to focus on 1 or 2 activities at a time and max those out. BUT BUT you can play the game HOWEVER you want. If you want to max out Lumberjack and Miner, then do both. There are many zones which allow you to gather more than 1 material. :)
So if I need to gather wood, should I go to the forest part of the continent? And then transport all my stuff back to one place to craft? Same thing for ore etc
Man I really want to play this game, but despite having a 4ghz i7 and 1080ti graphics card, it still runs at 24 fps, and yes my graphics card is the processor running it. So stupid to use Unity to run anything :/
Yup I tried with it on and off, I tried with the graphics on potato mode, aswell as with everything on max. It literally makes no difference, it's still 24 fps :P

I use t5 armored horse as a Skinner with skinning set, the gathering boots all have speed and max load boosting skills, and that boost applies to the mount. If you keep the mount close to the node and see a red name appear press F, mount, and gtfo. Armored horses have no carry bonus, so even if you get dismounted you won't be encumbered, and if it's a solo ganker you'll either stand a fighting chance or pop F again and make a run for it. A neat trick is to escape into portals (green/blue dungeons). If you suspect the ganker is still following you into the portal run past a mob group and log out/wait a couple of minutes.
Is there anything else I can do to speed up fame gathering in order to use adept tools? It seems to be really slow getting to that 30%, dunno if I'm missing something.

Can i just buy GOOD stuff on the market and make silver by just pvp/gvg or farming mobs? or is it necessary to also gather stuff?
Xhodan Xeus Yes. You can spend all of your time slaying NPCs, like Bandits and Undead, earn silver, and take the silver to market and buy better equipment without ever crafting your own piece.
Now I am going to ask your personal opinion: Did you learn to love Albion Online or did you loved it since the first moments of gameplay? Because I'm very interested and I don't know if I should buy it. ^^ Sorry for my bad required, it is not my first language that I english.

You should make your main town be in the area where you gather. Let's say you gather wood, then you should move to lymhurst so everything is near you.

I prefer using an Undead Cape whenever I go out into the Red and Black Zones because of the added survivability

Whats a black stone?
Its the "Black Zone". In that area you are automatically flagged for PvP and can not see how many players are in the Zone.

You point out black zones but red zone is just as dangerous for gathering and losing items.

Xhodan Xeus Profit from PvP is basically gambling. Don't rely on it. Either farm auctions, farm resources, or farm crops.
