Great videos as always! Do you have any videos on venturis? I want to learn more about them and what they do as I really don’t understand how they work
Excellent explanation Roy, not sure whether you know this but if you set the Kane to AUX, you can actually do your working pressure (PRS) at the same time when you are doing a combustion analysis. 👍
Very good video Alan/ Roy. My Anton sprint is around 10 years old and they tell me they wont calibrate it anymore, so Ive been looking around for a replacement. I like the look of the kane 458. I assume you can get a leak detection probe (sniffer) attachment for it ?
Another great video! I have watched all of the Baxi videos and lot of Alan's and they all great help. However I wanted to know how to adjust the all of thet readings idf they out of requied range? Thank you
If you haven’t done so already, you will need to go into the menu, select screen and then choose how your screen displays your readings, ie- line 1 CO, line 2 CO2, All the way down and put PRS at the bottom of the screen and then you can do them at the same time
Great vid Allen, Can you do a vid or balancing a system with electronic probes . Finding it hard on balancing my own central heating system with TRVs .. flow return at boiler difference in minimal
I have a Kane 455. Which iv'e had for a few years now. Not sure if its time to upgrade? I would stick with Kane though! My previous one. was a Anton Sprint 2000. Every year, it was a cell change, or they would find something else wrong with it.
@Maralexpau, I personally wouldn't buy 2nd hand analyser from ebay as it may cost more for calibration/repair than a new one. Kane actually have a new model out, the 458s which is really good, check out their website www.kane.co.uk
Thanks Roy and Alan, great video. For such a simple process its surprising how often this is not carried out at the installation stage.
Thank You

@Kevin Cranfield, I normally use the Aux screen, but as the video was aimed at newbies I didn't want to confused them. Thanks for the feedback 👍
This is handy to know ....cheers 👍

@@AllenHart999 Wow, thank you so much, big fan! Maybe you could consider a "boiler foult finding step by step guide" for a future.

Great vid Allen,
Can you do a vid or balancing a system with electronic probes . Finding it hard on balancing my own central heating system with TRVs .. flow return at boiler difference in minimal
I keep meaning to do one. I have new probes here for the video. Thanks.
Great video , thank you
When doing a flow and return temp test does T1 go on the Flow and T2 on the return or does it not matter ?

Keep the 455 until you need to change it😂 No point spending money.
