One of the legendary Xmas/Holiday scents. It was “THE” holiday scent to me at one point. Haven’t smelled it in along time tho. After getting Spicebomb Extreme, I switched to that for every Xmas and now that is my favourite Xmas scent. The performance is killer and smell is just way cozier to me. Your mention of the performance sounds about right to me which is why I switched to Spicebomb Extreme 😁
I imagine that for the years preceding spicebomb and the extreme flanker that London held a spot as one of the premier holiday scents and, perhaps, performance was better back in its initial formulations.
@@BlindBuysFragrance my friend had it back in the day. It was pretty strong projection wise and it lasted the entire Sunday school day (about 6-7 hours). I guess it’s a victim of reformulations too. The smell always reminded me of ginger bread cookies 😃
🧐 Very interesting, and I must admit, I’ve never actually thought about it. Looking at everything I have opened as I write this, a couple stand out. 1) Carthusia Essence Of The Park - easily one of my favorites 2) Hollister SoCal - Believe it or not, I love this scent 3) Issey Miyaki L’eau Dissey - Crisp and sharp 4) YSL M7 - Golden Oudy goodness. 5) Armani Code - Still one of my favorites Both Dior Homme’s I have open are worth mentioning, as well.
Last Christmas I layered this with By The Fireplace. So good
this is one I have kind of wanted, mostly because people say its a Christmas type scent, but it sound like its probably not worth it.
Certainly Christmas-y, for as long as it lasts. If I was sampling decants and being discerning it wouldn’t make the cut, to be honest.

I am curious. Out of all the fragrances you now own and tested, which ones are your favorites?

@@BlindBuysFragrancethat Issey Miyake is a good one. It still holds up even though it was released in ‘94. It also lasts surprisingly long on me
It’s such a good fragrance it really has stood the test of time. There’s nothing else like it in my collection, really.
Leau Dissey is awesome ❤
