I used it in the beginning ( SKYPE and later other phone operations) which i learnt by watching others use. Now i watched your VIDEO in TH-cam and really learnt many short cuts and other useful information like using some KEYS. I still has to learn many things like sending information , pictures, photos etc., using e-mail . I shall be grateful to you if you could give more information about the LAPTOP in particular.
