It is a scanned copy for our own records. Banks can consider this as a certified copy if their panel advocate who has downloaded it online, can issue a genuineness certificate after tallying it with original along with online payment Challan.

Index II is just a single page describing the details of property like buyer, seller, amount, property description, area etc. In both cases it gives soft copy. For Certified copy with stamp, you need to approach Sub-registar office.

It’s acceptance is solely depending on office to office. This online soft copy is just to verify the genuineness of the document and ownership. Please check with the respective office.

We need to create document id every day as it will be valid for 12pm night. Rest everything is same.

Document ID will be valid for same day. For next day, you need to generate separate document id

Check for tiff file in download. If not then try to convert existing file type to pdf.

I have a question - I am trying to download a document, after entering GRN, Amount and Department id, it shows me Payment verified. After that when I click on "Get Receipt" button it shows - defacement not successful, please ensure bank cin is available. In my portal, GRN and CIN both are updated. What to do? Please help.
Thank you for your kind words. I too have faced same situation but it was automatically solved without doing anything. I think you should wait and keep trying to download the documents. Hope this helps.
