@@markkrause4407no, l i,m less two miles from a target, one of two air force bases( one of the two is a sac base) on some ones map,on top of that were a major freeway interchange I-5 N&S ,HY50 E&W,so that,s way i would not run ,no where to go.
So back then we needed drills in school to prepare kids for nuclear war. Now we need active shooter drills. O M G. How many nuclear bombs have killed kiddos in school?
Who wants to be in a public shelter eating crackers and drinking water. Sleeping on the floor with strangers and putting up with not bathing for weeks?

I am amazed at how minimalized the woman's opinions are expressed.

Even when engaging with her more would have made the topic more relatable to the audience, and she has valid views on the topic!

I retired in 2018.
So ours being a different world , this threat is still with us and the room for preparation is still great .
