Some 8fs had balances on their running gear, meaning they could go faster. A star under the number meant they had this balance in them. I dont know if that is is TS but maybe if you use the 8f again you can keep that in mind.

Hi lazerjet that diesel BNSF train the class is a es44ac or you can just call it the Dash 9
They are called gevo's dash 9's are completely different locomotives

This is just an opinion but for this race I would do the strongest steam engine (big boy) strongest electric train (idk) and strongest diesel (idk)

I feel like it is unfair for team Britain Steam because the BR 9F is obviously the much better engine than the LMS 8F because it is obviously faster and stronger! Or even stronger than that, a P2! Now the LNER P2 would really stand a much better chance than the 8F.
For a confirmation on the class of the American locomotive, it’s a GE AC4400CW type diesel locomotive. Multiple different American railroad companies including BNSF, Norfolk Southern, and CSX use these engines on their freight trains, with each individual unit possessing around 4,400 horsepower.
Correct information but on the wrong locomotive. It's a GE ES44DC in the video.

@@wolfzillaproductions4563 They do, but to tell the difference look at the vents at the rear of the locomotive. The ES44DC's vents are larger to meet the Tier 2 emission standards. You can pull up a picture of an AC44 & a ES44DC and you can see the difference

Excuse me Lazer Jet. A few days ago I buy the TSW 4 on CD. It says that I get some trains. On the Package from the CD there is a sign that says that I get the TGV with the LGV track. But I can't play with it. I can only play with the stanier steam, Class 66 TTC and the Class 323 TTC. Can you please help me?😢
