~~INGREDIENTS~~
~Gulab jamun Dough~
Milk powder- 3/4 cup / 90g (nestle everyday whitening milk powder)
Clarified butter/Ghee- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1 1/2 pinch (approximately)
Semolina/sooji- 1 tbsp / 10 g
Plane flour/Maida- 2 tbsp /15 g
Milk- 3 tbsp or as required (at room tempreture)
Oil/Ghee for frying
~Gulab jamun Syrup~
water- 1 cup
Sugar- 1 cup cardamom- 2 Vinegar/Lemon juice- 1/2 tsp

I tried this recipe for Valentine's day today. This is the first time I have made soft and tasty Gulab Jamun. Earlier it was always hard and over fried. Your recipe is very good. The best ever!

I don't have measuring cup. Could you please tell the quantity of milk powder in number of leveled tablespoons (i have measuring spoon set) Please do reply I want to make it tomorrow morning. Thanks in advance
3/4 cup milk powder = 11-12 tbsp (approx)
