7:19 Mine doesn't show the option "select model" - that's not showing up on the menu where the flower is. This doesn't show how I can take an image from my computer, say for instance a particular plant that I have downloaded from the internet and put it on the machine

Will this also work for the 400e memory craft?
We are sorry, but the MC400E does not come standard with Embroidery Editor software.
@ you can’t get it to do soemthing custom?
You would need digitizing software such as Artistic Digitizer, or Artistic Digitizer, Jr.
I do t understand which software option is best for me, I see there are multiple options online on the website. I have a 550 e and I would like to make my own designs and embroider them, which one would I need?
We recommend Artistic Digitizer, which is a robust digitizing software program that can do what you ask. Please check it out at this link from our Janome website: www.janome.com/products/software/artistic-digitizer/
Hi thanks for the tutorial. I can transfer from the PC to the USB, quite well, in myMC15000, but I am having problems when I do some Lebel or Lettering in the machine and I want to save in the machine or usb. I really do not understand which icon must be press. At the end just manage to write the name of the new file but there is nothing inside. What am I doing wrong ?
