What India critically needs is a world class Veterinary College with well equipped Labs preferably in collaboration with a top Institute overseas . India only has mediocre to mostly below average type of colleges

I hope at least some big corporate will come together and set up many such hospitals in every district to take care of the cattle, the asses, the horses and many other domesticated animals (not pets alone)

When it comes to stray cows Problem is in their owners, there ain't such a thing as stray cow! Cow owners who cant afford to keep their cows let them go on the roads or slaughter house, how can govt control this its hard to find solution over this.
