i don't wanna be the guy who smart talks on tea ceremony, but i studied it in taiwan myself 1 on 1 in a private teahouse for about 4 years. costums are different everywhere, but i got to know it a bit differently. it doesn't matter anyways since the point of it is having tea :) hope you enjoyed and glad to see taiwanese tea being represented. in my humble opinion the best tea nation on this planet. the flavours my worldy toung and body got to enjoy because of taiwanese tea will be allways in my memory.
ok sorry one comment while i was watching. the first rinse should be only seconds to wake up the tea, not brewing. u spill it over the cups and pot, then u make the first brew. so there is no waste of tea :)

The amounts would be very small in this particular case, this type of tea ceremony it is used a very tiny amount of tea leaves and it is seeped for a very short time, not much is needed to attain the desired flavour.
