There’s this road at my old neighborhood that we all kinda were superstitious about. So the the road is a dirt road (in an exclusively paved area) literally called Dark Woods. And we had a lot more trees in our neighborhood than most, sure, but you could easily see the houses in between and the park just had more underbrush. But Dark Woods? It was literally almost pitch black in there at noon on a clear summer day! It was really creepy to all the kids around and we would see foxes and deer sometimes. Everyone stayed away, even the daredevils. Me and one other kid were the only ones enamored with it, which makes sense since we were the ‘weird kids’ and always liked more mystical mysterious stuff than anyone else. Idk why everyone hated it, since me and my friend both found it soothing. My friend wanted to go right down the wood, and so did I, but I knew my mom would notice right away and we’d get in so much trouble. So we settled for sitting just inside the tree line. It was like as soon as we stepped in, the pressure of the world, that constant drain, completely stopped, and everything was quieter. Not silent, because that Forest was teeming with life, but much more peaceful and soothing. It practically gave me more energy, despite us having to walk a bit far(for 5 yr olds lol) from the park. Just a story I wanted to share.
@your_ babushka (love your name btw XD) I did get to explore some, but unfortunately I moved away a couples months later, and I haven’t been able to visit since. ;-; there wasn’t anything particularly striking that we found within, but the general air was just so peaceful as I said. We did find a bunch of mushroom circles which I thought was sick, my friend was more interested in the moss covered stones we found. There was the remnants of an old iron bench, so that was cool. And a fallen tree cut up into logs we arranged as a table and chairs. There were some rlly colorful beetles and a few lightning bugs appeared when we almost stayed too late in there. We only went far beyond the tree line a total of two times, but that’s when we found the bench and made the table, the time with the table was when we almost stayed too late. That’s about it though. Lol sorry if that was a bit of a ramble, I’m scattered today.
I FINALLY FOUND THIS AGAIN! I had been looking for this for so long after listening to it back during covid and I wanted to listen to it all again (especially comatose) but for the love of me I could not find it. FINALLY your channel popped up and I found it again! Love it
Honestly, I'm glad I stumbled across this channel. I run a radio show at my college and a lot of the playlists on here have given me great songs to play as well as introduced me to a bunch of fantastic artists.
I honestly swear...swear....this music sounds like something that should have been in the Twilight movies! I am to this day, still a fan of those movies and have all the soundtracks and this music would have fit in perfectly! It's amazing how these songs change your perspective on nature or in my case amps up my passion I broke out my old moped and drove down a road that has tons of woods always lightly raining and the scenery is just to die for played this playlist while driving through it took me an hr to finish my drive it was hands down best experience of my life especially when I got to the gas station and found out I killed half a tank of gas that would've lasted me 2 weeks gonna go at it again in Tennessee if mopeds are allowed to cross state borders that is

First song: There is a magical forest and it’s made just for you and it’s attached to your emotions. When you arrive it’s bright colorful and magical, eventually you show the Forest to your best friend, you both have so much fun playing with the magical animals. You and your friend eventually start arguing and you get mad the Forest turns red because of the sun color and the animals eyes glow red. A tree Guardian comes out of the ground it’s hand morphs into a sharp branch and kills your friend... The forest color quickly ghost to red to blue and black, you start running as fast as you can, you get so sad that your hair starts to turn black, and your eyes turn a different color. you don’t see where you’re going so you get scratched by a certain tree in the forest. You start running again and screaming and then you start growing horns that look like tree branches The horns are spiked at the ends of them, with dark green leaves growing on them, your horns grow so tall now when people go in to the forest they see The dead body of your friend and guarding the dead body is a human like figure with tall tree branches as horns, and piercing green eyes. To this day people call in the dark forest and never dared to go in there.
