Normally I beat myself up when I wake up angry or depressed. Love how Mark just goes "eh it happens. It's normal." Then calms himself down with a drive and ADHD rant just like I would. Turned my whole day around. Once I learned how to work the oven, my parents always left me alone. 🤣

30yrs ago on saturday nights i used to watch THE A-TEAM, BIG BREAK & THE GENERATION GAME. In 2021 i've just watched Mark literally driving around in circles, talking about saving family members from crocodiles, putting sugar on cereals, and white dog s**t. How times have changed😂
Sugar on your cereal as a kid growing up during the 90s was deffo a thing. I used to have it on all cereals, I do still have a wee bit on my wheatabix but thats it. I will put sugar on other cereals I have if I feel under the weather. I dont know why but sweet cereal or like a sweet cuppa tea always makes me feel better if feeling a bit under the weather.
