Ekko is such a boring champ though. I find him to be the most boring champion aesthetically and gameplay wise. People call Skarner boring. I don't agree, I would rather play Skarner for a month than play more than 2 games of Ekko in a row.

When somebody is in E range if you hold your rocket belt until after you do the E aa on somebody you can get an auto reset and instantly proc passive

What would be a full build for Ekko?
rocket, nashors/lich, rabadons. The rest are pretty situational but often zhonya or shadowflame
