What happened to this bike? Was it in a accident now being rebuilt or is it just being heavily modified.

Heavily Modified from brand new - has approx 2km on the clock from when it left Bologna ;)

Does the exhaust still have baffles on?

No, they were removed, to be fair the clips don't really reflect the true sound, its deeper than the full akro system and higher pitched at higher RPM, will get more clips later on to see if we can capture a true representation of the noise this system emits.
