To fix the remote, hold down on the menu/settings button for 6 seconds. You should see "Bluetooth disconnected" pop up on the TV screen. Remote should work now. You will now be using infrared to control the TV. Remote barley works when using Bluetooth for connectivity
Hisense new 75 TV is the worst POS I have ever owned. Nothing but problems I have to unplug it every day for the last 13 months if I want to get it to turn on. Their Customer service would not even send me a remote which stopped working 3 months in. Hisense Products? Never Again. I have a Samsung TV for 12 years, not one problem ever.
How do i get the internet to work? I tried clicking on wifi but it just goes back to the home screen. So it won't let me turn wifi on or off. I already know the Bluetooth is on successfully. But i can't go online or stream any apps
