Chan is back and they've, as usual, given him whatever part of the songs he wanted (they love him so much and vice versa). The mini album also had English and Korean versions of another song - Angel. Finally, Wow explained the song Facetime for us (he wrote it). It's a modern Romeo and Juliet story. The boys, who have iPhones, keep trying to Facetime the girl they like, but she's got an Android and can't receive their calls. The video also implies that she might be flirting with all of them.
Love all the songs from this mini album. Also, there is another song called Angel and is so pretty, and their voices sound amazing. I think it is one of my favorites. I can't wait to see them live again in Puerto Rico this July. Thanks for your reaction!! ❤
OHHHHHHHH yes! what a nice surprise to see more reaction to A.C.E !! funny that you mentioned a couple of times how the songs are cute and easy to listen to, bc in a recent interview Byeongkwan actually said that all the songs they've released after their hiatus were purposefully made to be "easy on the ears" for two main reasons, one being that they weren't complete as a group and they were expecting for Chan to fully come back, and the other was to ease the potential new fans into their music by presenting more cheerful and laid back songs.

Yes, I loved all the fits from the live performances for both “Effortless” and “My Girl.” The former had sexier suit outfits for one of the performances. The latter had a mix of regular suits, the embellished ones liked the ones they wore while dancing on the street, and (I guess?) weekend wear for office workers.

I wonder if you noticed some of the similarities between the My Girl MV and Key's Good & Great. I thought they were so funny. This EP was my intro to see and I really love that they're all singers and are done with their military service. No cruel hiatuses anymore bless.
Sooo this is how i see A.C.E. They are Korean Goblins (togebi, spell that wrong) Goblins are kinda like lesser gods (deity) in Korea unlike the green ugly monsters that we as westerners associate them with. Each of the members are different kind with different powers or attributes. Jun and Chan: twin mischievous kind Donghun: basically a Grimm reaper Bk: tricketers WoW: time and dimensional traveler. Each of their videos are basically them traveling between dimensions. Thats my interpretation. My Girl is them traveling to a dimension were work is so repetitive they feel like machine, hence the robot reference Effortless: them reminding us that they are there and the images you see are the. Reminding us if their true nature. Facetime: WoW being himself lol
I always look forward to your A.C.E reactions! As part of Petflix and the MV concept A.C.E did a couple short an office improv episodes posted on their TH-cam channel - I think you'll understand the MV better if you watch them, they're also hilarious! In the last episodes, it covers the behind the of scenes teaching choice the dance and filming the MV.
A lot of people really missed Yuchan during this album. They screwed him over a bit with the timing (this was supposed to come out in Nov/Dec time) and by not inlcuding him in any songs or promo at all even on his return, but going forward he will be there again. He is back fully now :) Thank you for checking them out again, looking forward to the full comeback!

You can watch A.C.E themselves teaching choices the choreo at the practice room upto the MV shoot! I hope you can react to those videos as well! ❤️ PS: Petflix is a company they are working for and it has many subsidiaries like this paper company they are working at shown in the MV.

The plot of facetime is that they're all trying to contact/facetime this girl, but she doesn't answer because she has an android phone and doesn't have facetime! At the end they realize they've all been talking to the same girl, and she's "어장관리" which translates to "managing the fish tank," hence the goldfish bowl. It means she's keeping them all on her roster, but isn't seriously interested in dating any of them!
