I struggled with self worth for most of my life but finally went to therapy to try to deal with it. One of the of the most influential sessions I had was when I was given homework to look at myself in the mirror everyday and repeat 4 times, "I am good enough" emphasizing each other word as I say it. "I" am good enough (Yes, me) I "AM" good enough (Hard to believe but its true) I am "GOOD" enough (Don't underplay it) I am good... "ENOUGH" (Stop doubting, because you are).
