I have been making this recipe for over 10 years, I just put also yellow bell peppers and sometimes I put it in the oven, with cheese to melt...its much tastier than eating meat actually, I have cooked it for many people over the years and they have loved it ❤

I found the greatness of pasta is determined how well sauce sticks to it.. in my case it sticked like glue:). I wonder how good it must be with Bolognese and Carbonara! Bad thing tho: I didnt let my pasta dry properly(used a small shot of water in the dough huh) and so some of the rest got some gray:(. maybe they got wet. I dont know:(. Luckily I stored a packet in the refrigerator, I think I will do this instead next time so there can be no moldiness! Understandably tho, as I didnt make *pasta secca* but egg pasta with semolina!
